I didn't come across all of them but i may have simply missed some. Of course, it's also quite possible that not all the stations have a dedicated tomb.
The Chilean founded 9th is in Cementerio Numero 1
And all the others are in Numero 2

The French 5th
The Chilean-Arab 10th
