Old House

On Saturday I had to go to Valparaiso for the day (
or rather, for about 3 hours), to show this property for sale. It's a bit of a hike from Colchagua but as I was invited to the Los Vascos Jazz Festival I had to get back by 6pm.

I had about 15 minutes in between meetings so went to take a look at my old house. The new owner completely re-renovated the house (you can see my own total rebuild process here and by clicking back through 'older posts') and has just had it freshly painted. The renovations he did weren't really necessary, but the changes he made inside look great anyway. Here are a few exterior shots. I really, really miss this house and wish I hadn't had to sell it...but without the money from the sale, I wouldn't be able to own the properties I have in Santiago and Colchagua. Trade-offs and all that.

I love the new color! Hopefully you're not disappointed on the color used, it seemed to brightened the scenery up there. If you just made the apartment for rent, I would have grabbed it for good.

Colored manila real estate apartments attract me the most since they already stand with their own personalities that match potential buyers. I like how the new owner of your house painted it red. Flashy!

It sure doesn't look old with that new paint job. I just hope they also put in some roof access systems so they can keep the roof looking as brand new as the rest of the place.

I rarely see colorful apartments in Manila but they do have apartments that looks like these. That old house looks like it has a really hot temperature inside because of its exterior paint.

I love old houses; it gives me the feeling of re-visiting the past. And one thing I love about them are their chimneys, that’s why I consulted the chimney sweep Houston to put up an old chimney design in our house.

If only I saw this first! Well, maybe I can spot one along the houses for rent in makati. Specifically a red one.

An old house can still be presentable. Even though it looks old on the exterior, try and modify its interior to wow your visitors. Most Los Angeles furniture stores offer great pieces of furniture that can help you in beautification of your home.

Well good for you because the new owner did a great job in changing the interior design. You should post some photos of the renovated rooms.

Your old house doesn't look old for me. I thought this is an Ashland OR real estate property, the color themes of houses are the same from here.

A newly renovated house feels good! Specially if you have a new set of furniture to go with it. It makes you feel like you moved and started a new life.

One of the things I hate about living in an apartment building or condo is that I can't maintain plants and flowers. That's why the next time I look for a place, I'd make sure it'll have a nice garden.

Good thing those old houses were kept and preserved. This is the concept that I would like to apply when we remodel our house this coming month.

I wonder how the interior of that building looks. I suppose it still has a few antique furniture pieces inside, even if it looks renovated.

It's interesting to note that the house looks real great even if it's a real bright red. I guess that's how it's really meant to look, and the additional fixtures and color overhaul were put in to make it a little more authentic in appearance.

Glad you chose that color. It suits your house very well. Get matching furniture as well to complement the theme.

This is the kind of house that I wanted to achieve; I love the concept of old houses for it gives me the feeling of being “at home.” If I were to remodel our house I will definitely put an old house concept in it.

The unit is quite old but I love the location. Personally, here in sims drive new condo singapore, the convinience was the one that convince me to ownership. Trully, your unit just needs to be refurbished or repainted probably. great share though.

Mr Pedro and his loan company gives me financial support when all bank in my city turned down my request to grant me a loan of 500,000.00 USD, I tried all i could to get a loan from my banks here in Ecuador but they all turned me down because my credit was low but with god grace I came to know about Mr Pedro on a loan platform so I decided to give a try to apply for the loan. With God willing they granted me a loan of 500,000.00 USD. The loan request that my banks here in Ecuador have turned me down for, it was really awesome doing business with them and my business is going well now.
