Expat Meet Up II
So thanks to everyone for coming along. We were 16 this time with a couple of last minute cancellations. Some new faces and quite a few from last time out as well. Hope you all had a good time. I'll try to organise another one for next month at some point.

Yes.
How big is the expat community in Valparaiso/ Chile? It seems to be growing in Argentina I wonder if it's the same in Chile.
Yeah, there are lots of expats in Argentina although many are starting to leave as it's crisis time over there again. There are lots of foreigners in Valpo as many people come over as exchange students. There are also quite a few English teachers but i'm not sure how many proper 'expats' there are here. Most people are here for a year or so and then leave. Not all that many have made a permanent move.
So... when's the next one? Wonder if I'll miss it, heading out possibly the 12th.
Not sure. I've got some travelling to do in the next month or so and can't plan anything more than a couple of days in advance at the moment. Will post when I know...
