Valparaiso Antigua

I'm afraid I haven't had much to say recently so I'm just going to post another foto antigua de Valparaiso. This was taken sometime during the 1920s (1927 is handwritten on the front of the photo album).

Anyone fancy a guess at the location?

    Yes...Plaza Victoria...The church to the left is Espiritu Santo which was knocked down in the early 1970s to build a revolting apartment block.

    Next door, Ripley destroyed the old Teatro Valparaiso in around 2001 to create something for which the architect should be shot.
